BAS PELLEMANS | COL RNLAF ret.

Served for 42 years in the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Held all relevant operational positions as a Fighter Pilot and F-16 Weapons Instructor, commanded an Air Transport Base and directed the Military Aviation Authority.  He was a senior staff-officer both nationally as well as with NATO, dealing with weapon system requirements, plans and policy, C2 and the Strategic Airlift Capability initiative.
